AI operator for service businesses

Every call answered. Every job booked. Nothing slips.

OpsPilot is the AI operator that runs the front office for plumbers, HVAC, electricians, cleaners, and other service businesses — answering calls and texts, booking jobs, dispatching techs, sending invoices, and chasing late payments while you're on the tools.

  • Answers in under 2 rings, 24/7 — nights, weekends, and mid-job
  • You approve anything big — jobs over your limit wait for your tap
  • Invoices go out the moment a job is done, and late ones get chased for you

CustomerHi, we've got water coming through the kitchen ceiling — can anyone come today?
OpsPilotI'm sorry, that sounds stressful. I can get a tech to you today between 2–4pm. The visit is $89, credited toward the repair. Does that window work?
CustomerYes please. It's 14 Maple Street.

One loop, running all day

Every job moves through the same four steps. OpsPilot handles each one and only pulls you in when a decision is actually yours.

01

It answers

Calls and texts are picked up instantly, day or night. OpsPilot finds out what's wrong, where, and how urgent it is — and quotes your standard pricing.

02

It books & dispatches

The job lands on the calendar, the right tech gets it with the address and notes, and the customer gets a confirmation text plus an on-the-way message.

03

It invoices & collects

When the tech marks the job done, the invoice goes out automatically with a pay-by-card link. No paperwork at the kitchen table that night.

04

It chases what's late

Overdue invoices get polite, escalating reminders on a schedule you set — and a daily sweep flags anything that still needs your eyes.

What it runs for you

The front-office work that eats an owner's evenings — handled end to end.

Calls & texts, 24/7

Every call answered in your business name. Missed-call texts go out automatically, so a customer who couldn't reach you still becomes a booked job.

Scheduling & dispatch

Jobs are booked against real availability, assigned to the right tech, and re-confirmed the day before — no double-bookings, no no-shows left hanging.

Invoicing & payments

Invoices are created from the job itself — labor, parts, and your rates — and sent with a card payment link the moment work is complete.

Approval limits

You set the line. Quotes and refunds under it go out on their own; anything above it waits in your approval queue with full context.

Customers, remembered

Every caller becomes a customer record — address, job history, and notes — so repeat customers are greeted like regulars, not strangers.

Built for trades & home services

OpsPilot is tuned for businesses that book jobs, send people out, and bill when the work is done:

The math that sells it

One missed call can be a $400 job gone to the competitor who picked up. If OpsPilot saves just two jobs a month that would have rung out, the Growth plan has paid for itself — everything after that is found money.

Flat monthly pricing

No per-call fees, no percentage of your revenue. Pick the size that fits your crew.

For owner-operators and 1–2 techs getting every call covered.

$499/ month

All plans are month-to-month. Your phone number, calendar, and payment accounts stay yours — OpsPilot connects to them, it doesn't replace them.

Built for opspilotai.pages.dev

You're looking at the static build of OpsPilot — a single self-contained page with no server and no database, made to deploy free on Cloudflare Pages. Once it's uploaded following the steps below, it will be live at that address. Here's how that works, and what turns the demo into the full product.

  1. 1
    Create the Pages project

In Cloudflare: Workers & Pages → Create → Pages → Upload assets. Name the project opspilotai — that name is what makes the address opspilotai.pages.dev.

  2. 2
    Upload this page

Drop in this build's index.html (plus its assets folder, if any). No build command, no framework preset — set Framework preset to None and deploy.

  3. 3
    It goes live

After that upload, Cloudflare serves it worldwide over HTTPS at opspilotai.pages.dev. Every redeploy is just a new upload of the same file — the address never changes.

  4. 4
Add a custom domain later (optional)

Buy a domain, add it under the project's Custom domains tab, and Cloudflare wires up DNS and HTTPS for you.

Runs on the static site today

  • Landing page & pricing — the full public site
  • Interactive console demo — pipeline, invoices, approvals, sweep
  • Works anywhere — no server to maintain or pay for

Needs your accounts to go fully live

  • Real calls & texts — connect a Twilio number
  • Real card payments — connect Stripe for payouts
  • Real calendar sync & per-business logins — need a small backend behind this same front end

Questions owners ask

No. You keep your number — calls are forwarded to OpsPilot when you can't pick up (or around the clock, your choice), and customers never see a difference. Texts and callbacks come from your business number.
You set an approval limit — say $500. Anything above it lands in your approval queue with the customer's details, the quote, and one-tap approve or edit. Try it in the demo above: the $1,850 water heater job is waiting for approval right now.
Invoices carry a pay-by-card link powered by Stripe, paid into your own Stripe account and out to your bank. OpsPilot never holds your money — it just sends the invoice and chases it until it's paid.
This page is the public website plus a working demo of the console — it's the version that runs free on Cloudflare Pages with no server. The live product adds real phone lines, calendar sync, Stripe payments, and a private login per business, which need a backend and your Twilio, Google Calendar, and Stripe accounts connected.
Any time. Plans are month-to-month with no contract, and your customer list and job history export with you if you leave.

Stop losing jobs to a ringing phone.

Put the operator to work on the next call that comes in — and every one after it.
